What SAIR isSAIR nima
SAIR is a marketplace. Independent tour operators and vendors list tours, places and gear; travelers browse, book and message them. SAIR does not run the trips. The operator you book with is the one selling you the trip, setting its price, deciding what is included, and responsible for delivering it.
By using the app or this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use SAIR.
SAIR — bu bozor. Mustaqil tur operatorlari va sotuvchilar turlar, joylar va jihozlarni joylaydi; sayohatchilar ularni ko'radi, bron qiladi va yozishadi. Safarlarni SAIR tashkil qilmaydi. You need an account to book, message or post. Keep it to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under your account, and you should never share a one-time code with anyone.
You must be at least 18 to book, or have a parent or guardian book for you.
One person, one account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to impersonate someone, to post spam, or to abuse other people using the service.

A booking is an agreement between you and the operator. Prices, what is included, seats available, cancellation and refunds are theirs to set, and their terms apply on top of these.
We do our best to keep listings accurate, but the information in a listing comes from the operator. If something is wrong, report it and we will look into it.

What you postSiz joylaydigan kontent
Reviews, stories, photos and messages stay yours. By posting them you give SAIR permission to show them in the app and on this site, to the people they are meant for.
Post only what is yours to post, and keep it honest. Do not post someone else's photographs as your own, review a trip you did not take, or post anything unlawful, hateful or deliberately misleading. We remove content that breaks this and may close the account behind it.
Sharhlar, hikoyalar, suratlar va xabarlar sizniki bo'lib qoladi. Ularni joylash orqali SAIR'ga ularni ilovada va ushbu saytda tegishli odamlarga ko'rsatishga ruxsat berasiz.

The marketBozor
Gear in the market is listed, owned and delivered by the vendor, not by SAIR. Rental terms, deposits, condition and returns are between you and them.

SAIR is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, or that every listing is complete and correct.
Because we do not run the trips, we are not responsible for what happens on one: what an operator delivers, the condition of rented gear, or a dispute between you and a company. We will help where we can, and we will act on reports.
Nothing here limits any right you have under the law of Uzbekistan that cannot be limited by agreement.

Ending itTugatish
You can stop using SAIR and delete your account at any time — see the deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless we are legally unable to.
Istalgan vaqtda SAIR'dan foydalanishni to'xtatishingiz va hisobingizni o'chirishingiz mumkin — o'chirish sahifasiga qarang. Ushbu shartlarni buzgan hisobni to'xtatib qo'yishimiz yoki yopishimiz mumkin va qonun to'sqinlik qilmasa, sababini aytamiz.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
