How to delete your accountHisobni qanday o'chirish
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, or from an address you can be reached at if you signed up with a phone number, and say that you want your account deleted. Include the phone number if that is how you signed up, so we can find the right account.
We confirm it is you, close the account, and reply when it is done.
We will never ask you for your one-time code, and you should never send it to anyone — including anyone claiming to be from SAIR.

What gets deletedNima o'chiriladi
Your account is closed immediately, and within thirty days we delete:
- your name, username, profile photo, email address and phone number;
- your profile details — region, district, education, occupation;
- your bookmarks, points and leaderboard position;
- your stories;
- your reviews, or the name and photo attached to them — see below.

What has to stayNima saqlanib qoladi
A few things cannot simply disappear, and it is fairer to say so than to leave you to find out:
- Bookings and market orders. The operator you booked with keeps the record of the trip they sold, and we keep enough of it for accounting and for any dispute that is still open. It stops being connected to your name.
- Messages you sent to an operator. The other side of a conversation belongs to them too, so the messages stay in their inbox.
- Reviews you wrote. Tell us in your message whether you want them removed or kept anonymously. If you say nothing, we remove them.

Deletion is final — we cannot restore a closed account, its points or its history. You are welcome to sign up again with the same email address or phone number, but it will be a new account starting from zero.
